Sometimes great theories don’t work in real life situations in the field of training and competition. I have trained athletes for international events 20++ years and have been dealing equally with wins and losses, injuries, lacking progress, demotivation you name the ups & downs have firsthand experience

Grateful to be involved in High Performance sports globally, by associating with some of the world’s best athletes, coaches  & support professionals. Strengthattack.com was born to share information in order to collectively progress & learn from each other by raising the training environment, quality & performance targets.

No sugar coating – alway willing to modify/learn  in the ever evolving industry, definitely I will share the updated information with the readership to the best of my ability.

3. High Performance Training is not a magic pill (it is tough ) ,you  will not see any marketing BS telling you  otherwise.

Note : It’s pure hard work , you will have ups &  downs , get injured, feel demotivated . Lets us rise  together .

4.  All athletes should have individualized strength & conditioning plans as each athlete brings a unique set of physical & psychological parameters on how they approach high level competition sports .

Note: One size doesn’t fit all. However, what I post on blogs,podcast, youtube & links will hopefully help you to be guided & have a basic understanding in a proper direction. If you or your team requires individualized program email  me( only serious inquiries ) .

Quick Bio : 

After completing my basic education and receiving my Diploma  in Exercise Science/Fitness & Nutrition , I  started conducting Group –  Personal Training / Strength & Conditioning . Through pure love & passion I  continued to further my professional education by obtaining multiple professional certifications from a number of industry’s leading organizations & memberships such as from ACE,ACSM,NASM,ISSA,IHP, NSCA, IDEA – (USA) &PTS (UK). This  further provided me with the in-depth tools and training methodology to help me better serve my clients and athletes to reach their goals in a truly substantive and comprehensive manner.

Since 1996 – I coached clients to reach their goals & challenges in a specific time frame. My clients are diverse and range from high school students and working professionals to international athletes, coaches  corporate executives, celebrities, diplomats, and professional models. With a special focus on post-rehabilitation &  Pro-athletes seeking High Performance.

As a High Performance Strength and Conditioning Coach served for multiple high level sports events ranging from Olympics/Paralympics 2008, 2012,2016 , Asian Games 2018 , Sea Games 2017, many World Championships, Asian Championships are to name few. Sports that I’ve covered in these events are  :  Combat ,Tennis,Cricket, Athletics & Badminton

Functioning as Presenter and a lecturer, trained Coaches ,Athletes & Instructors in Combat Sports, Tactical, Martial Arts & Tennis in High Performance Strength & Conditioning environment.

I am grateful and honored  to be able to utilize my ongoing overseas professional experiences with world renowned Sports Coaches ,Marital Arts Teachers , S&C coaches, Dietitians, Physical Therapist,Doctors, Professors & Athletes from United States -United Kingdom & Australia,Europe & Asia. These collaborations add immense value to my existing training & coaching paradigm.

Over my careers as a high performance coach – trained,educated & influenced many in multiple countries including  pro/armature & junior athletes in Combat sports,Military, Tennis, Badminton ,Athletics & Cricket, also conducting  coach education & training for multicultural  trainers & coaches .
